Ireported back in may of this year that someone had stolen my phone. the customer repersentive informed me that the phone will be deactivated, but was not at that time,I had to call back serveral times, I put in for a replacement phone on 9/27/2012 still havent recieve the phone till this day which is 11/05/12 i called back her in oct for a refund still to this day i havent recieve it. this company is full of (Inappropriate Content Removed) and all i want is my money back , it didnt take them this ong to take the payment of the $25 it should take them a whole month to refund me my money!!!
