Hello! I would like to report one of the United Airline workers who scams and sells tickets on the side. His name is Andre Armstrong, and he works somewhere in Oklahoma city for United Airlines. His phone number is (Personal Information Removed) I was contacted by him via email, ([email protected] is his email) he said that he could book me a flight with his miles, that he receives as rewards for working with united. He made a reservation, the confirmation number for it is mentioned above.
I have called united airlines, and they confirmed that the flight, indeed, has been booked and i am in good standing. Of course, i sent him the money, as i thought this was legitimate. After that, he disputed the charges made to american express, and my ticket was cancelled. He refuses to send me the money back. I'm reporting him to the airline and american express

- Hello, I was scammed by him as well. Do you mind exchanging what the information you have on him and I will let you know what I have so far. He originally requested 450 but i told him i was only willing to do 400.

- He got his phone cut off Nov 15. I dont know how youre able to share information through here because the lady who originally posted had his number up but was removed. So anyway we can share info from within. I have the number he used which is a sprint associated with Compton/Gardena CA. I have the address he used which he used to originally book my flight which was cancelled a little over 24 hours later. He told me he was an airline mechanic. I paid for a people search and found the address in which the number was associated with but I am unsure of the accuracy. As soon as I saw that the flight was cancelled, I called United and they were no help because they said the guy called and cancelled because of an unauthorized purchase. Then I called Greendot and spoke with them and opened a fraud alert with them which froze his account temporarily and were able to trace where the money was loaded to. Unfortunately they are unable to share the info with me unless I was someone of authority like a police officer or a lawyer or something which I was unable to find anyone to help. Cops wouldnt help me because they said I willingly gave him the money. I do have an option you can take though as long as you didnt contact Greendot like i did.
