When I ordered the geni bra they said it was on backorder and would take about 3-6 weeks. I tried to contact them to hold and cancel the order the next day because I saw that they were sending me one pkg of three with only one bra as an extra order that I also added to the order and I wanted to tell them that they needed to correct that or cancel the order, but could not get in touch with them by phone or e-mail.

They immediately sent me an e-mail saying they had a surprise for me and that they would ship my order out immediately and had changed my regular shipping to priority shipping. Said they had already shipped it out.

Things were really starting to sound not legite to me. I received the package aobut two weeks later, so much for the priority shipping!! I called my credit card company and they said to return the package to geni bra unopened so I did. Geni bra finally issued me a credit for much less than what I had paid. When they sent me confirmation of a partial refund they sent the new invoice for the product that I didn't order. They say their policy is not to refund shipping charges so they refunded only part of the amount I should have received back and kept the outrageous shipping charges. It was clearly their fault that they sent the wrong thing and had me charged wrong from the start. When I try to reach them and finally get the right department, which is not easy, they find out what I want and then hang up on me. They say they never send back the shipping charges which I could understand if they had sent me the right products in the first place. Apparently they are running a scam. They must make quite a bit of money this way from unsuspecting customers.
