International boundaries

I have a Rogers Red Rocket Internet stick, and I have been receiving huge bills for this service. I have tried to resolve it with management, but they refuse to do anything about it, or reduce my bills.

Over the past six months, I have paid upwards of $3,000 for the Internet.

I have had individual monthly bills of over $600 per month, which is like the cost of rent. The rate that I usually pay when I do not go over my limit, is $40 per month.

Rogers has told me that they have warned me before about going over the monthly limit in usage, but all that they tend to do, is send me an e-mail when I have gone over my limit by $50 and $100, and then they do not send me any other notices.

This is where my complaint comes in. I felt that they should have warned me when my bill went $200 over and every $50 after that.

I can send you my monthly bills if that helps you determine if I have been ripped off.

Thank you.

Sincerely, Dustin
