Was sent to James Bueckers secured equity finance underwriting by a brooker in turn James Bueckers requested 350.00 for processing fee, James Bueckers kept us tied in with promises of the mortgage loan all the while telling us and the Brookers that we did have loan and that he had signed off and that the lenders were in process of sending pkg. we were so to belive that a closing date had been set and we put property utilities in our name moved a trailer full of belongings to Florida from Oklahoma and all awaited funding and nothing including no one to be able to reach James Bueckers by phone E-mail ect. noone including Brooker who finally advised that not only us but about 14 other of his clients should ask for a refund from Pay-Pal and that he did not trust James or his investors. So several people have been dupped into sending processing fees and James Bueckers disappears and everyone losses their property that they were in contract with!!! Pay -Pal was of no help since it went past 45 days but our Banks are responding

James bueckers also bilked 350from14 other people I know of he cost us total of around 3,000 earnest money and all

- I too was scammed by James Bueckers in the exact same fashion and my story sounds EXACTLY like yours. In total I lost a little over $5,000. My story even goes one step further. About 5 days after my missed closing I noticed that all my communication with him had disappeared from my inbox. He hacked my computer! Little did he know that I back everything up to another email account. My attorney is reviewing everything and it just so happens it is also the company that did my title search that he scammed as well. Good luck to you all! God Bless!

- Staci, we are among a whole group, up until Sept. 6 2011 James Bueckers was also still pursuing and taking peoples money with same tactic thanks to our reports it was noticed by another Brooker who also had clients that have paid and waiting to close and asking for more if you need any other info we have list of names ect. Please advise Sandra

- Stacie, I too have kept every conversation and E-mail from James Bueckers, printed it off and have it safe for evidence also Realtors were corresponding and have Documentation!!! This guy needs to go to jail!!!

It looks like I'm a little late to the party! I may be out $3800 (earnest money), $500 (broker fees - to Bueckers).
I used a local consulting service so didn't know who the "private lender" actually was, until it was too late. Now after finding this site, I feel really duped! Let's get these guys put in jail! (contact me) [email protected] -
