I was applying for person loans, on line. Brian Murphy, my assigned loan consultant, contacted me, and told me I was approved. He e-mailed me all the documents that needed to be signed. I had to fax them back with proof of identity, pay stubs, canceled check, and put $695.45 on a green dot money card for my security insurance premium. My money was to be issued to me, which was not. I have left many messages and e-mails to this so called company, with no answer. I should have realized this was a scam when only cash had to be put on the green dot card. This may not seem like much to some, but I am off on medical leave right now and need every penny because insurance does not pay.

- If you are a business, as you claim, I want my loan. If not I want every penny refunded back ASAP !!!

I know where you are coming from. We were in a situation where we were trying to come up with money to buy a home we had been renting for three years. We thought they were the answer to our prayers. Instead they put us in hardship and we are having to move. Brian Murphy was the name we got too. You need to file online with Green Dot about the scam. I have them working on ours right now. We also filed complaints with the BBB of Southeast Florida & the Caribbean, Federal Trade Commission, www.ic3.gov, and our local authorities. The address that the BBB has on file had 117th instead of 119th though. So I have included both in my complaints even though our papers say 119th. Hope this helps a little. -

- Jomomma78 Thank you for your help/info. I have also filed with multiple places, but I did forget Greendot!! How dumb. We live and learn, don't we. Best of luck !!!
