I was told I was conditionally approved for my loan and would need either a co-signer or pay for an insurance policy. I chose to pay for the policy. I was then sent an email saying upon further review, that I needed to purchase a more expensive policy. I knew it was a scam at that point and requested an immediate refund. I was told that it owuld take 7-10 business days. I contacted them on the 10 th business day and was told the refund had been processed by the Hickey-Mitchell Insurance agency. I was given a number for the insurance agency that always rang busy. Since then I have not been able to contact anyone. They are now operating under the name of Choice Loan Consulting are lists an address in Salt Lake City, Utah. This is worriesome, because they have an A rating with the BBB eventhough they are not members.

- Hello Ben, They have an F rating with the BBB now. They do not have a license to do business. Thanks for your post. It saved me $ 900.00!
