This company sent a front company to my business selling "gift cards" that would be sold to customers. They asked for a voided check in order to make deposits on the slae of cards into the account. Instead they began debiting from the account for "credit card processing". Since I had a credit card system I didnt stop these debits thinking they were from the legitamate credit card service. When I shut down my business though the charges kept coming, and when I shut them off Northern Leasing Company then began a program of harrassment. Saying that I had signed a 4 year contract for their service. Knowing I hadn't signed any documents or contracts I demanded copies of these contracts that never came. Then a few months ago 5 years after the fact they are trying to file claim for $3,951.54 in order to do that they had to finally send copies of the "contracts" which have been forged. The document signatures and handwritting don't even resemble mine and they misspelled my name. I look forward to my day in court since I have over 30 years of documents that show my signature, that hasnt changed in all that time.
