I played a game of fifa 13 online but the ball did not show up during the game. I asked the opponent to cancel but he wouldn't. It was near impossible to play the game and my opponent scored. I lost my stake and virgin would not refund. They were not fast at getting back to me about my issue and were not helpful in anyway. I'm not bothered about the money. Its the principle. I'd advise people to use another service because there are better.
