i placed and order on 14th of october 2012 21:39.
as per their website at that time they said it would take 2-3 days for unlocking my iphone.
but then when i try to track my order it says

now they refuse to refund me. if my imei is not placed in the priority unlocking queue and unlock for that network is not online. why they refuse to refund my money. they haven't provided me any service except kept me waiting 16 days.
thats a total ripoff
