Ordered only one set but two sets were sent. Tried to get information from customer service on how to return items(which were in original packaging and box). I was informed that no return and refund was possible because the date was outside of the 30 days return window. NO WHERE on packing slip (which was the ONLY paper information sent) was there a notice of the 30 day return policy. There was however a 100% Guarantee on this slip. Spoke with rep and her supervisor but had no success and definitely not %100 guarantee of ANYTHING!
