I called 800.592.5772 to get info on the Genie bra. They said I had 60 days to decide if I like them, and took my "shirt size". I'd get 6 for $59.95. So I gave them my credit card info. THEN the agent said shipping would be $12.99 + $12.99. and would take about thirty days to arrive. They already had my cc # so I agreed. They finally arrived on the 29th in an envelope. I found 3 bras, opened the bag, they had a strong smell. The insert said "to make your bras last longer, "use cool water and dryer". (They were advertised to be invincible). I tried one on, and it was way too small. I've been calling their number, and getting a message to "call back tomorrow". What a ripoff. The fabric is cheap, and the stuff came from china which means it only cost $2.00, and mailing couldn't have been more than $1.00 The agent said nothing about "bust size" which is the other part of sizing the bra. They have a feedback page on the site but wouldn't post mine. And they give the wrong instructions about how to order the size. Junk, junk, junk...
