I cancelled my order 20 minutes after ordering a free sample when I read up that I had unknowingly signed up to receive a month's supply.I followed their guidelines for returning sample product and was assured by email that no future shipments or charges would be made on my credit card. Three weeks later they billed my card for that month's supply that they never even sent me. They made me prove that my return was received by them. I paid for delivery confirmation via the USPS. After giving them the confirmation number and they looked it up themselves, they admitted with reluctance and defeat in their voice that they received the package and would credit my card within seven business days. After the seven days they still didn't credit my account the $76.13 they owed me. I disputed the charge with my bank and my bank took the charge off. Be diligent and have proof you returned the product. This company was dishonest to the end. Only money I lost was the shipping costs.
