On 10/21/12 I noticed a posting on my checking account for a withdrawel of $97.00 it was from a web site that I had signed on for a 15 day free trial. Since I had signed up on 10/07/12 I called to cancel and was told it would be no problem that it might take 48 hours for the charges to be taken off. On 10/24/12 I noticed that the funds had been withdrawn from my account. When I called to explain I was told all they could do was to put in a request to cancel& for a refund that they had no access to my account info or any record of my call last sunday. They gave me the company address above and said I would have to wait another 48 hours and that it was up to the company to decide if i was eligible for a refund. The contact # from the website is 1-800-756-6798 which they said was 8212 Ithaca Ave Suite E14 Lubbock, TX 79414. I have a limited income and would appreciate any help you can give me in resolving this issue. My # is (Personal Information Removed)
