Same as everyone. Pay the fee and then wait. Contact chat line always giving excuses that HENRY the boss is not available and is always 8 or 9 hours before he comes into work. Always seem to be someone different. Fortinately I can put it down to experience BUT PLease can someone shut them down or spike their web site?
