i went to check my bank account and realised i had a large amount missing and looked on my online statements but didnt show any names of where the money had gone so i rang my bank to try and recall what ever had gone out of my account after explaining to them what had happened they said they could not re-call the money back so i asked where the money had gone to and how much they said gts money power a finacial company thats all the info they had and then followed the amount they had taken which was £67.30p i had my card changed over 2 months ago and allways pay any fee i get charged by anyone so was not expecting to be paying this stupid amount and i have no ideah how they were able to make a card purchase to themselves on my account hense i cudnt see who it was from im outraged what can i do ive sent an email to whome i think it is they have no right to do this what can i do ??? regards Bonnie
