I asked to receive a sample online. The sample did not arrive so I just thought it had not gone through properly. To my horror when I received my bank statement they have charged my £59.99 twice on my bank statement!! I have tried to contact the company to get a refund having not received the sample in the first place. I would not deal with this company again. I think it is outragous that they are allowed to do such a thing. I have been to my bank and they are unable to get the money refunded. Beware there is no banking proceedure to rectify this problem. I am also having the same problem with bellaplex and hydroxatone advertising on the same website. The bank can put through a cancellation to these companies but this takes 31 days. Over £200 has gone out of my account this month!! I will never order anything else on line.
