I bought an Apple Ipad. I needed technical help. I found this company on the internet believing that it was Apple. When I called them, I said I have a year warranty from Apple on tech support. They offered to help me immediately. They initially asked for the serial number and then said, yes, I see you just bought the ipad we can give you help. They acted like they were the Apple company. When I called Apple today, they said they do not have an affiliation with this company and would never give any company a serial number. Apple said they never had any affiliation with this company. I asked MyTechHelp to sink my gmail account with the ipad. They went though i-tones. It really messed up my calendar. Apple fixed this today. I was getting duplicates of my calendar events.

They then tried to sell me a warranty for $99. They said that this warranty covers both tech help and hardware. They told me I would get 3 total years of both tech help and if I dropped and broke the ipad they would warranty that for 3 years.

I called back the next day and asked them another tech question. I said I never got any e-mails supporting the fact that I purchased the warranty. They sent me to customer service. I spoke with a very rude woman who called herself Tatyana. She gave me her employee number. She yelled at me and said they told me they were not affiliated with Apple. She denied that I was told I had the hardware warranty. I called my Visa card and told them that I had been spammed by this company. I filed a fraud report. The Bank person said lets call the company and see if we can work this out. They refused to talk to the Bank person and slammed the phone on both of us in our 3 way conference call.

I have been spammed. If you want to be yelled at and cheated, then go to this company. They also tried to sell me a subscription to a Mac magazine and said it was for ipad's only. When I looked on the internet I saw this was going to be stopped in December. They wanted to sell me something that they could not follow through with. They also wanted to sell me a program to speed up my computer. I didn't buy this. I have changed my credit card number because I am terrified they will steal from me since they fraudulently sold me a tech support contract which was suppose to cover hardware.
