I PLACED AN ORDER ON THE 20TH AUGUST 2012 FOR A BOXSET DVDS, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER AS YET IT IS NOW THE 20TH OCTOBER 2012.

AFTER NUMEROUS EMAILS BACK AND FORTH THEY STATED IT WOULD TAKE 3-6 WEEKS TO BE DELIVERED.
THEN 2 WEEKS AGO THEY STATED IT HAD ARRIVED AND WAS CHECKED OFF BY CUSTOMS AND WAS WITH THE LOCAL CARRIER AND I WOULD RECIEVE IT IN A WEEK.
IT STILL DID NOT ARRIVE, SO I EMAILED THEM AGAIN AND ASKED FOR A REFUND. THEN THEY STATED THAT THEY WOULD EXPRESS POST ANOTHER ORDER.
STILL NOTHING, I AM NO ANNOYED THAT THEY CAN DO THIS TO PEOPLE AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
