my card was stolen on may 05/03/2011 i reported the card stolen on 05/06/2011 the send me the dispute form and they told me it will take 60-120days so i waited all that time and i got no response back so i started to call and email them and they told me to wait couple of more days then i finally spoken with one of their reps why i only gotten provisional credit only on the small amount of the $56.11 but not the $420.52 she told me that because the driver license was too dark to see and she told me to send her a color copy of the driver license and i will get the provisional credit back within 30 day i waited again then i emailed them but they respond with sorry their no provisional credit back on the card since this a prepaid and its not the bank money its my money.. so i called them the customer service line reps are full of liars and even their manager are even rude and they can not be understood with the strong indian accent anyways he said that they do not honor zero liability policy but their policy state that its zero liability policy but they do not go by it so its false advertising please help me get my money back my credit card was stolen it just not fair...
