I was contacted by phone by Jason Williamson,Hyatt & Associates,
267-248-1432. He said he had an offer for my timeshare condo and sent me the contract. It's just like Nancy's asking for $1800 which would be returned if the deal fell through. I never sent the money but tried to contact him to ask more about it. He has not returned my calls. Obviously, not a serious offer. My rule is, never send money up-front!
