I bought my son a personalized birthday shirt and thank you stickers for his party. The payment was taken out of my account immediately and a confirmation email was sent to me. As the party day approached I became more and more worried that the items wouldn't be here on time. I tried calling just to have their automated answering service tell me that they are experiencing a high call volume and to try back later. I called countless times and days but always the same thing. One day I called and was greeted by the same message for about 30 minutes straight, then the message told me to call back during normal business hours.... This was less than an hour after they supposedly open. I also sent them several emails that went without response. Wow, I'm starting to wonder if I will ever see the stuff I ordered. This is the first and last time I will be scammed by them. Do not order from this company.
