This site is a scam. If you check under "Angela-shoes" it is the same site rewired a little. I got suspicious just after I ordered and immediately contacted Paypal. The wouldn't give me any info about the company and just said they were "verified". Fortunately, I used my American Express and when I contacted them, they said they would support me if there ended up being a problem. Well enough said, no merchandise, no email replies and no follow up with their own policies. If I get a mouse pad in the mail like others on this site, I will not except it and return to sender. I haven't contacted Pay pal yet but I am going to although others on this site have had no success. We will see. If PayPal is going to support fraudulent activity, we as consumers need not to support them. It is terrible that you feel you can trust a company and they take the side of a scam.

- I've just gotten off the phone with Paypal, and they know this is a scam. The guy said, "We'll get your money back!" I suggest calling, if you've been frustrated by emailing-- I originally filed it as "item not received," but after reading others' experiences here, asked if I should change my claim to "wrong item," even though there was nothing in or on the package (Hannah Montana bag) to indicate it had anything to do with Ben-Shoes, or my "order." The email responses weren't helpful-- but the guy on the phone WAS.
