am sending this complaint concernig money taking from my account on the 16th & 17th of october 2012 to the total of 43 pounds 47 pence,,I don”t know why this has been taking by you”re company as I have no account,outstanding debt,,direct debits or standing orders with you”re company or any other company for that matter & i ave never subscribed to any website or anything with my bank card.will wait for you”re reply concerning this matter & taking it up with my bank to get it sorted out asap.because personally it looks like fraud to me,,so hope to hear back from you”s very soon before you"s here from my bank,,lawyer & maybe even the fraud department of the trading standards authority if this is not sorted out asap,,i have also send you"re company a e-mail aswell concerning this matter
