Refund: I wanted to try this product out but as soon as I received it I sent it back it was way to heavy and after I read the complaints that it just did not work. I have waited 1 month for a response to no avail the customer service e-mail or phone is a joke I still have not heard from them I guess the BBB is the answer now. The company is just a ripoff scam.
