While I don't actually have any *real* monetary damages yet; I would like to say, I do not like how this company does business. They have been really pushing these buy 1, get 1 for free commercials. You should know that if you buy these bags through this "TV Special BOGO offer" it will cost you $36.80. So how does a $19.99 BOGO ,freezer bag, turn into $36.80? This is how: The initial bag costs $19.99 + almost $12 for shipping!!!!! This bag weighs practically nothing so why the exorbitant shipping charge? I don't know. Then you pay an extra almost $5 for the additional bag. So all that adds up to $36.80. But wait, it gets better, they don't even tell you what the total will be, when there is a button that says if you proceed your order will be processed...without showing your total; that's not right. Of course I did the math myself and "knew" what it would be, but still, it just seems sneaky...because it is. Then they have you go through several more pages of “offers” before they get to your receipt; again, sneaky. One of those offers is an offer to upgrade your shipping to "expedite" for an additional $7. So what does "expedite" mean??? It means you can get your order in 5-7 business days. That's "expedite"?...Don't most companies ship in 5-7 days? So if you don't spend the extra money, on an already exorbitant shipping charge, when will you receive your order??? 3 weeks!!!! I live next to the state that this company resides in, and it's gonna take 3 weeks???? I seriously thought about going through Amazon where I could get 1 bag in a choice of many, many, colors (instead of the 3 colors they offer) for $17.99 which is $2 dollars cheaper than the original company sells them for; and I know I would have recieved it in about 4 or 5 days, for about $4.99 shipping. Now I wish I had, but you don't know about the 3 weeks shipping time, until it's too late. And there is no where to cancel your order...because you hit that "proceed" button, again, before them telling you what your total would be; and how long it would take to receive your order. Did I really need that stupid cheap drink bottle and those 2 cheap looking plastic containers that bad??? Again, just writing this so maybe someone will read it *before* they order from this company and just go through Amazon...Like I now wish I had.

  • I would like them to cancel my order *and* change their business practices. 1.They need to charge a fair price for shipping (not an amount that is almost as much as the item itself. 2. They need to show the total *before* you complete your order; and 3. They need to ship in a "timely" manner.
