I contacted Apphia Webster for a credit sweep which was to be completed by August 12,2012. To no one's surprise on this website the credit sweep did not take place. After contacting her weekly to let her know that my credit report score was still the same.
She called me crazy, nuts, paranoid, and a variety of other unpleasant names. These are just tactics to deflect from the real truth of what and who she truly is. I am still haggling with her about a refund. I say everyone should ban together and go to the police. Surely you all have enough evidence to go to the police and let her know what it feels like to be taken advantage of. I went today and the POLICE were very receptive when they saw the level of nasty e-mails she had sent me especially where she offered me a refund on seven different occasions. The first was through a MONEYGRAM that never arrived. Then, thoru a refund of my own choosing. Surprise, that never arrived. Fianlly, a certified check that gor lost in transit that I called the Post Office about. Oddly enough, there's problems with this too. Go to the police, contact an attorney, don't just post on here do something about it. That's why people like this get away with it. Don't be a victim! I will not be one nor will I allow her to demean me any longer. It's time to take a stand and let her know it's not okay!!!
