I ordered Levela wrinkle cream in conjunction with auravie skin care for a free trial I was told to notify within 15 days to cancel. Levela phone# is disconnected and auravie will not let you speak to anyone regarding cancellation. These companies are a scam. Please do not order from them.I have been onthe phone with them and my credit card for hours to straighten this out. and i dont know that it will be any time soon.

  • I also ordered the Levela free trial. I called up to cancel, and could only get an automated answering machine. They said they had already made a shipment of 89.99. (I called my credit card co., and they said they had JUST charged it to my account. It hadn't been shipped at all.) After they told me that it had been shipped, it said that they are offering a discount price of 39.99. I excepted that has I had read that if you try to return it, you still do not get a refund. I also tried to e-mail them, and it just brought me back to their address, and phone number. I have read several other complaints where the same thing has happened to them. This is a scam, and a rip
    is rip off!

  • Everyone involved in this scam has to call their bank first to or credit card company to have your card changed. Once the card is changed they can no longer take out any money!! That is what I did now the second thing you all have to do is call the Federal Trade Commission here is their no# 788-382-4357 Third thing to do is to call you attorney's office I did all of that today!! These scammers have to be stopped this is a crime and they need to pay back all they stole then go to jail!!! They need to be charged with Fraud,Thieft and scamming people out of their money.

  • I called today 9-26-13 Levela at 1-800-983-7096 and asked them to refund me my money for 2 charges they took from my account, I just received 3 emails from them, one stating them honoring my request for a refund. So now I will wait and see if they do in fact return my money to my account.

  • When I got ripped off by the Splendyr and the levela I called the States attorneys office in my State and the federal Trade Commission and now I just got word that my money is going to be refunded to my bank account in 3 to 5 days.
