We signed an 8 month contract with Crexendo to provide search engine optimization and other services with Crexendo. Supposedly included in the contract were a number of services beyond simple link building, none of which were delivered. These included, but are not limited to "live directories, Article Portals, YouTube slide show, Social Media, Forum and Blog participation, Top100 linking Social Bookmarks, and Leverage Links. Because of Crexendo's failure to provide the contracted services, we stopped making contracted payments after paying $10,225, $4500 short of the full contract. Crexendo is now threatening to turn over our account to a collection agency
