Back in February we hired a company called Crexendo to help us with our Internet Marketing ,As with most Internet Marketing plans it takes time to get things up and running ,So for the first 4 to 5 months we did not see much charge, but as time went on we realized Nothing was being done which brings us to our current Situation .
I have included three emails too people with Crexendo one I sent to Phil back on November 19th with no response. The other e-mail I’ve received from Brenda on November 19th, stating that she had talked to the president company get him involved, and another email I sent on December 12th regarding this same Issues. I have not heard from anyone With the company sense October .
Per the contract under section one they discuss all the hard work of the web promotion happens in the first 3 to 4 months once implemented, web marketing to be maintained.
This is a very important paragraph to me since my business is very time sensitive, one of the main reasons we chose Crexendo is for this reason, all the work would be done in the first 3 to 4 months
I have also attached copies of articles and youtube videos that were just released November 26th , and a article Released On December 5th, per the contract these should have been released four months ago
In section Three it talks about term link building they talk about live directories, article portals, youtube and social media. I have been searching the web to see if we show under articles, youtube and social media and have only come up with the two articles that I attached this email ,nothing in Twitter or face book. Up to this point I have paid a lot of money and not received the services that I was promised per the contract and on the phone, This is fraud and wire fraud. A report has been made with the FBI.
The Better Business Bureau has over five hundred complaints on a company called storesonline .( The headquarters is located at 1303 North research way , Orem,UT 84097 Which is the same address that I have on my paperwork from Crexendo , the CEO for store’s online is the same CEO for Crexendo )I did not do a better business bureau Search Until we started having problems with Crexendo I wish I had have done the search first and saved my self the trouble
