I joined points to shop and started collecting points. Before I invested alot of time into something big that would take a lot of points I redeemed 1000 points for a $10 dollar gift card. The next day I tried to sign on to my account and everything was restricted. So I had to "submit a ticket" which is their sorry way of customer service, wait four days for a reply for them to tell me my account is now banned because i have more then one account (which is not true I only have one). I sent them a reply to their email telling them I only had one account but that was a good excuse to not pay me my reward and that i find it intresting that within 24 hours of requesting payment they ban my account also I mentioned that I'm well aware of the fact that they are doing this to other people you can find it on sites and briefly on their very own facebook page before the admin gets delete happy and also requested for them to delete my account since they are doing nothing but pulling a scam have my access compelety restricted so I cannot do anything but email them and they keep sending me offers in emails to earn points with. Now I have to wait another 4 1/2 days for them to again reply this site is a joke and screws over many members.
