2 months ago I was banned from points2shop and I wrote them to find out why they said I had multiple accounts, I explained to them that the other 2 were my moms, and she didn't realize she had 2 accounts she forgot she signed up already, and I had happened to sign up on her computer at her house and she signed up some time after me not realizing so they had us both send proof and we did they let us back on. Well here it is 2 months later they banned us again for the same thing I explained to them again how they already fixed that for us one time already and could they fix it and they wanted me to explain why I wouldn't follow the rules I said it was a mistake and if they would have looked they would see that they are signed up under 2 different ip addresses and I'm the only one who ever get's on it my mom never does and she just forgot to delete her page, but I said I promise that we are 2 different people who live in different homes and they refused to listen to me and try to work with me on it and to tell me what I could do to prevent it from happening again. Instead they just kept me banned and closed my letter out and I was nice as I could be to them. I was very upset they wouldn't listen to me and help me
