I purchased online cigarettes on the 31st July 2012, received confirmation of order, and confirmation that order has been shipped on August 2 2012, to date no package received, despite numerous emails on their website for details of shipping or refund.

I am new in the country, and this was my first transaction here, and i think i have been scammed, which i have never experienced before.
