I placed two separate orders on consecutive days for cartons of Marlboro Gold cigarettes at £28.71 GBP on 23rd and 24th September 2012.
It is now 25th November 2012 and despite gentle prompting for information on why I have not received my delivery, the company says that they may have been seized by customs. In which case I should have received notification, which I have not.
I suppose I should have known better, but the convincing testimonials on their website couple with a "Money Back Guarantee" has caused me to lose a significant amount of money.
There has been no indication by the company that they will consider any sort of refund or replacement dispatch.
I think these guys need shutting down.
