I purchased a dress for my son's wedding {on1/5/13}and i didn't like it, plus the zipper was so hard to pull up my sister cut her finger on it. They tell you if you want to return merchandise it must be within 7 days that you contact them online and they will send you a return bag, however they make themselves impossible to get ahold of. You can't call them because calls don't go through, tried online and filled in the information buy it wouldn't let me submit it because it said i needed to send in a picture of the dress, which i never took so i couldn't get past that. No one EVER mentioned i had to do that, so i finally found a live chat line which was supossed to be for questions before a purchase but i used it anyway several times over the next 3 weeks, begging them to send me a return bag. I need this refund so i can get another dress for my son's wedding{i'm not rich}. I got a response saying 'prosessing' but it's been long enough, they never intend on giving me a refund and i'm angry. I plan on putting the dress in a package and sending it back so they can't say i didn't, but i have noticed 3 different adresses for them. The one above, one in China on the invoice and a Kowloon Bldg 555 Nathan RD Mong Kok. The # to reach them at is 85281972796, good luck w/ that. I am very frustrated, my family says let it go, but i can't. It's alot of money for a person on a fixed income and it's the principal of it!! How dare they do this to people? I don't like feeling stupid, i won't be a victim. I appreciate any help at all you can give. Thank you. Jo

  • The same thing happened to me! This place does terrible work. I paid $645.00 dollars for 4 dresses for my sons wedding. They changed the promised date 3 times! (do not believe them when they give you a date!) 1 never came! 2 looked nothing like the picture and had badly snagged lace and were horribly sewn (they seriously looked like Halloween costumes sewn by a 10 year old). The little one for my granddaughter was the only one wearable! They say they give you 7 days to get a return number from them if it was sized wrong or damaged, but they then ignore your emails for 7 days making it impossible to get a return number!!! We were left running around the night before my son's wedding trying to find dresses. Seriously, do not waste your money here!!!! These people are very dishonest. I plan to put the word out on every website I can find to keep people from being robbed like I was. I have four girlfriends that have seen the dresses, they were appalled at the workmanship and have offered to help me get the word out!!! Ladies please beware... P.S. They delete all negative reviews from their website and facebook so it is fruitless to post there.
