JenJenHouse is a scam!!! I ordered a dress from them, as I was a bridesmaid in a wedding. My measurements were EXACTLY a size 10...the dress came 2 sizes too big! I wrote them 3 emails a day, for the 7 days that they say you have to contact them by in order to exchange/return. GUESS WHAT?? They never replied to ANY of them! AND there is no phone number to call. So basically I was screwed and had to pay $160 in alteration fees!!! Save yourself the trouble and buy elsewhere. Their "Return" page seems all good when reading it, but the do not abide by it. You'll get your dress, but don't plan of returning/exchanging it ever, or even talking to anyone through "customer service" for that matter.
