Dear Team,
Mr Mohsin scam with me over 505 USD.
I was send him payment in cash, to buy some items from www.vouchers4exam.com, throw paypal.
After sent payment i was received email from vouchers4exam, they inform me payment is bloch due to un-attorized transaction.
I contact again with mr Mohsin, he tell me his paypal account block that,s why paypal stop payment, after that payment return back to sender account. I asked him to return my payment but he refused to return.
Please help me out, to receover my payment.
