I received the same form everyone else is referring to, Annual Business registration for $218 due October 15th. I am the bookkeeper for a property management company, and that wouldn't have been pleasant if the ownership found out. It looked very fishy. The "seal" was very different, etc. Printing is not very official looking. Thank god, I caught it before I made the payment.
