STAY AWAY!!! Ordered a simple pair of costa del mar sunglasses two months ago, and still cannot get a ship date. I have asked repeatedly to refund my money 100%. They want to charge 20%. This company is a JOKE!! Rude customer service. Seems like there is only one person that works there. No they hang up on me when I call to ask about the status. They still cannot supply a ship date, and I am out $175. RUN AWAY!!! they claim to have lower prices just for the 20% cancellation fee. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

- It gets worse!!! After telling optics fast that they sidnt follow the FTC guidelines of offering 100% credit after 30 days, "Becky", emails that I will see her in court!! I could only hope that someone would show there face from this SCAM company. So, I then get a call from a blocked number claiming they were an attorney for optics fast and they were pressing charges. Obviously a poor attempt as a scare tatic. The guy was a joke!! Someone of low intelligence. How can this company still exist with all of these issues?? An obvious SCAM!! There is no listing for an owner. Does anyone know how to find the owner?
