I tried to call them three times to let them know that i was unsatisfied with their product. The first time, they were nice enough to offer me a lower nicotine electronic cigarette, which I accepted at no extra charge. It came in the mail promptly and it was still unsatisfied and caused me to develop a very bad cough, worse than when I smoked regular cigarettes. I called again to cancel I was put on hold and they never got back to me. The second time, several days later I call and the receptionist repeatedly told me she couldn't help me after I said over and over several times that I need this issue taken care of now. When she refused I threatened to stop payment with my bank account for further charges of their automated monthly subscription they were going to send me. She again replied I can't help you now. All I needed was this RMA number to send back my trial order. I immediately called my bank to block payment that they were going to issue on October 5th. The Bank proceeded to do so. It is now early morning on Oct 5th and I discovered a pending charge on my account for $40 from a slightly different company name called E-Smokes.
Now I can't sleep, as I already have anxiety problems , depression and bronchitis, as well as no transportation to get around . I don't know what to do. This company promised a healthy product which it is TRULY NOT>
