I only agreed for a trial pack which was for £3.05 but on checking my bank statement they have taken 12 payments without my consent. I wrote two letters but did not receive replies nor can I get them on the telephone. This company is surely dealing in fraudulence and fleecing money from the public. I am now getting in touch with my bank to cancel my card details so they are not at liberty to take lots of money as they wish.
