As with a lot of other complaints, I ordered the trial for $2.99--cancelled the trial order and to my surprise I was charged $159.00on April 3 and charged again $159.00 on April 15 and I was sent another order and was charged $109.00. Said they would refund the $159.00 and to sent the unopened package back and they would refund the charges. Followed all the directions regarding the return and after NUMEROUS emails have never received my refund. I am beginning to think this company is fraudulent and maybe should be reported to the attorney generals office. I am still trying to get my money which they owe me. I am not asking for anything other than what they owe me. Have none of their product but they have my money.
