I have also been scammed by this company. I just want to post how I think this company operate so that other people do not fall for this.

The company advertise a risk free free sample, this is false advertising as there is nothing risk free here - their stories are faked. Most people like myself sign up for the free sample not really looking at the terms and conditions which ties you into a monthly subscription. (Guess who will be reading terms and conditions for now on).

The free sample is sent out and many times this is hit by custom and excise tax, meaning that people usually have to pay over £21 to the Post Office, a lot of people refuse this delivery thinking that the package will be sent back to the sender in America, the return to sender address is Allemagne in Germany (probably their recycle plant). In the terms and agreements it says that you have to contact them before 30 daysif your not satisfied with the product, the money was taken from my bank account 14 days after the first deduction was taken off for the free sample, so they don't even abide with their own terms and conditions. To return the product, you need to get the label inside with the right address on and you also have to phone and get a returns code. With many people refusing delivery, this plays right to the advantage of this company.

I went to the bank and was told that they could do nothing about this, went back to bank and asked to speak to someone regarding fraud, this time I was promised that the bank would block payment.
If you have used a credit card, get it changed for another one.

Phoned the company up to cancel, and the girl seemed shocked that I wanted to cancel, offered me a 25 per cent discount. After saying about 6 times, I managed to get this cancelled.

Can't believe I fell for this, so angry that these guys get away with this, looks like they are the same company that promote alluria and dead sea products.
