I received a letter in the mail (via Express Notice of course) informing me that I had won $2,536,092,23 by a third party sponsor?? and they would send it by bonded federal carrier as soon as they received my tracking form along with $20.00 Well, I learned a long time ago all about these scams but the sad thing is that people like my mother (suffering from dementia) are taken in by these kinds of unscrupulous people. It's time to send them a message - Express Notice of course.

- I have the exact same notice, suspect it to be a scam, did not repond since I thought it was not worth the postage.
