I have gone through the same thing, they debited 30.00 from my account. I was on the phone with them the very same day of the debit. They promised a $100.00 gas voucher would be sent to me within 24-48 hours which I still have not received, but rest assured, I call them every 24-48 hours and ask them what the excuse is this time and where my voucher or refund of my $30.00 is. I WILL NOT let this die. It may in the end cost me more than $30.00 to resolve, but I will not let them keep my money that they just stole from my account.
