I checked my checking account and saw an electronic check that cleared for 25.95 with the note on it Voip Service 855-730-3901 with authorization on file with a number in the signature line. It was made payable to Voip Pro LLC. The electronic check didnt have my address just my name, city and state. I have no idea who they are or how they recieved my information. But I never authorized this charge. I would like to get my money back but more important stop this scam.

  • I have the same complaint. I have tried 4 times to file a complaint with Scambook, and each time was told to retry. I had the same thing happen to me that happened to the person in the above post. Only in my case they had cashed two electronic checks. Each one for 25.95. I did not sign up with them and I do not get any services from them. I do not know how they got my information, but I want to get my money back.
