Wirenut Appointment 9/10/12

After carefully reviewing my experience with The Wirenut

I am respectfully requesting the balance of my initial check $4010.50 check # 8717 dated 9/10/12 (deposited before 8:00am 9/11/12)
I received your refund of $3608.00 check # 4205 Invoice 333999 for cxld job.
The remaining is $402.00 for an inspection that should have been free.
Minus the $79.00 fee for appointment.
My refund $323.00

This should have been advice offered by WireNet as part of a free estimate and job description. . But right now I have never felt so taken advange of.
$323.00 refunded immediately and I’ll be able to tell everyone how fairly I have been treated by the people at The Wirenut.

This is my experience with The Wirenut. It almost seems orchestrated.
Made an appointment, they showed … “they” meaning an Electrician and… the “Wirenut Safety Professional” who conviently “just happened” to be in the neighborhood. After I thought about it a while it did seem a little odd.
Now that I have spoken to friends and neighbors they say I’ve been totally taken advantage of and they said I should do something about it… and I am. I know I’m not alone in this I’ve read the reviews and similar instances of overpricing and gauging have taken place.

I expect my refund of $323.00 confirmed within 24 hours (9/20/12 12:00 noon)
I will copy this letter to your reviews. I will file a complaint with the better Business Bureau. I will contact Local News Advicates and any Colorado Springs Business compaint websites.
No one should be taken advange of, and I feel I have been.

I have nothing to show for work or the inspection other then a whopping bill of $402.00. Again, this should’ve been a Free Estimate and Inspection offered from The Wirenut. This is a bad business practice… to charge people for what should be The Wirenut’s advice to a homeowner.

I’m disapointed. Make this right and I will share my experience with The Wirenut.
Wirenut Appointment was 9/10/12 at 4:30 PM
I cancelled my job order 9/11/12 at 8:00 AM (15 hours later. Unable to contact Wirenut until 8:00 because office was closed)

P.S. I contacted the Wirenut at 8:00am 9/20/12 to confirm they had received my e-mail and request for a refund. They indeed had received it. At 11:41am without a response from The Wirenut I called again. I was told by Gerrad that someone named Rob would be getting in touch with me. I left Rob a message that I would be available until 5:00pm allowing extra time in the day. Five o’clock came and went. Again, very disappointed in this whole matter.
