Got my bill from rogers it was more than usual so I checked out why there was some 3rd part charges and it was from motime I called rogers and they told to call them directly to unsubscribe, the man talked to me on the phone for 20 minutes to get all my info so they could send me a cheque in the mail they said it would take 2 weeks, it is September 27 now and still nothing, then I got my bill this month and again they charged me another $13 after they told me they would unsubscribe me from it. The representatives were very rude both times and not very helpful or sympathetic. I just want my money back for services I never used and don't intend to use. I just hope I don't keep getting charged for this every month
