On one of the websites I stummbled upon an add for a free phone ringtone and decided to give it a try. Once you provide your information, Motime provides you with a code for a "free" ringtone and starts a timer/clock. Ultimately you have a very short time (30 I believe seconds) to enter the code and receive the "free" ringtone. The timer of course is used to draw your attention away from any Terms & Conditions and to make sure you enroll in the membership.I cancelled mine as soon as I realized what occured (within 2 minutes), but was still charged the $9.99 fee. When I called Motime and complained, no one wanted to listen. Can you please help?
