I signed up to receive free sample of Hydrawhite on line for a charge of $1.03. I received in the mail two items, trial and complete set. I found out from my bank that I was charged another $3.87. No information was sent to me in the package. In reviewing my bank statement I found that I was now being charged 78.41 plus I had been charged "foreign transaction fees" because their billing is done in the UK. This was never mentioned. I telephone Hydrawhite, was told I had agreed to the charges as an e-mail was sent to me and I never responded to it. It became a case of she said, I said. I had not received any e-mails from them. They informed me that I had gone pass the time of cancelling and getting a full refund. Again they said it was all in the e-mail. I demanded to speak to a Supervisor/Manager was told they would call back which I must say he did. was told that all I could get back was a $60 refund. Even though I thought that was unacceptable I agreed to send merchandise back, which I did yesterday. I was told that I would receive a refund of $60.00 within 24 - 48 hours of them receiving the merchandise. We will see. This company I feel is deceptive in their practices and even if they merchandise works it probably is not worth the cost and aggravation.
